Senior Designer

Splash Media Group wants to add another creative mind to the team!  A Senior Graphic and Digital Designer with 6+ years of industry experience and a strong portfolio. Preferably someone already in an Intermediate or Senior Designer agency role. We are looking for an intuitive leader to confidently support our extensive branding process, high-visibility campaigns, and dynamic marketing initiatives. We want a designer that contributes and is comfortable with ideation through to project execution and delivery. A solid understanding of all design mediums, great organization, and professional communication to support our team is a must.

This is a full-time position (40hr work week) that will either be in our Prince George or Kelowna office.  This person should have advanced if not a superior skillset in standard graphic design programs that include Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.  It would be ideal to have additional knowledge with other industry standard programs for services that complement the graphic design world such as photo, video, and animation.

This is a position that will connect your passion for great design with the many different services we offer. A strong knowledge of all deliverable formats including social media and digital design, small print to large format, and tradeshow design. This person will report directly to our Creative Director, collaborate with the rest of our creative team, and work with our clients spanning throughout North America.

This position can be client facing when needed but will ultimately work under the Creative Director and our Account Managers. Comfort and confidence with speaking to and coordinating with team and clients is imperative for this role.
