View Archives
Access level required: All Levels
All job applications that have been archived are stored in the Dashboard under View Archives. You may want to archive applications for a few reasons that might include:
- Archiving those who you have hired.
- Archiving those who are great potential, were not hired, but could be contacted again in the near future
- Or to simply keep a complete list of applicants, always.
To View Application Archives…
- In the WordPress dashboard click on Applications, then click View Archives
- The Archives page with display showing archived applications and a snapshot of all the activity to date (note: There may be multiple pages which you can access via the page links)
- Click on the application you would like to review and/or manage and you will be taken to the Edit Archived page
