Jennifer joined Splash fourteen years ago in the role of Project Manager and has proven herself invaluable since then. Coming from a background in media and communications, Splash was the perfect fit for her mix of writing, marketing, and interpersonal skills. Today, Jennifer oversees Splash’s Digital Marketing department. Here, she has used her extensive understanding of marketing and communications to help clients establish their brands, increase their audiences, and achieve sales growth.

Jennifer says she loves working on client re-brands because she enjoys learning about clients, how they perceive themselves and their goals, and then taking all the information gathered and translating it into a strategy and new design. The work is detailed, exciting and always rewarding. She jokingly says that her job is to make sure “your outsides look like your insides’ so that customers see clients the way they see themselves. A uniquely talented juggler, Jennifer oversees all elements of the Customer Relations, Digital Marketing and Social Media while deftly managing the activities of the creative team, project time, resources, budgets, and creating digital marketing plans. Jennifer is also responsible for most of our client relationships. She makes it a priority to maintain open, consistent communication with all. Jennifer is known for her focus on creating healthy client relationships and her positive outlook on life.

When she isn’t creating the next great brand for our clients, Jennifer can be found spending time at the lake, anything in nature near water. She loves to eat good food in new cities. She says she could literally be anywhere and happy if she is near water, eating a charcuterie board with a matching beverage.
